HOUSTON (August 19, 2013) – Winkler Public Relations is a sponsor of the September 5th Economic Alliance Houston Port Region economic outlook conference at the Pasadena Convention Center. Local, state and national refining and chemical industry executives will share industry expansion plans that have the Houston Ship Channel region positioned for unprecedented growth. Lachenmyer will deliver a luncheon keynote outlining global natural gas markets.
